About NewBond

About the Centre

NewBond is located at 7, Jalan Batai, Bukit Damansara, 50490 Kuala Lumpur — a quiet, premium neighbourhood just minutes from Plaza Batai, and easily accessible from Bangsar, TTDI, Mont Kiara, and KL City Centre.

NewBond opened in 2024. Since then we have welcomed many families through our doors in Bukit Damansara.

We have a small number of carefully designed private suites — limited by design. We keep our numbers intentionally small so every mother receives attentive, personalised care. View our rooms →

Your Room

Accommodation

We offer three suite types: Comfy Deluxe Suite (300–350 sq ft), Premium Suite (350–400 sq ft), and Premium VIP Suite (450–500 sq ft). All include private en-suite bathrooms, king-size beds, Smart TVs, lactation sofa chairs, and in-room air purifiers. See full room details →

Yes — overnight stays are welcomed for husbands and your infant. We provide a comfortable sleeping arrangement for your partner within your suite. For privacy and security of all guests, other family members and friends are limited to daytime visiting hours.

Visiting hours are in place to protect the rest and privacy of all our resident mothers. Please contact us to confirm current visiting hours before planning a visit.

Yes, parking is available for both residents and visitors. Please contact us for specific details about parking arrangements.

Both options are available, and you can switch between them anytime. Many mothers use the nursery at night so they can sleep, and room-in during the day. Our nursing team will keep you updated on your baby throughout. The choice is entirely yours — we follow your lead.

Health & Wellbeing

Medical Care

Yes. Our registered nursing team is on duty around the clock, every day. You will never need to wait for assistance — whether it is 2pm or 2am. This is one of the things our mothers tell us they value most about their stay.

Our panel doctor conducts regular visits throughout your stay. For non-urgent health concerns between visits, our nurses are your first point of contact and will escalate to our panel doctor as needed.

A paediatrician visits regularly to check your baby's progress. Between visits, our nurses monitor weight, jaundice levels, feeding patterns, and general wellbeing daily and keep detailed records.

Traditional elements are woven throughout our programme — in our nutrition (herbal soups, warming foods, four-stage recovery menu) and wellness services (ginger hairwash, postnatal massage). Please enquire with us directly about TCM consultations.

Our nurses are trained in emergency response protocols. NewBond is located in Bukit Damansara, close to major hospitals in KL. In any serious situation, we will coordinate immediate transfer and ensure you and your baby receive the care needed without delay.

Feeding Your Baby

Breastfeeding

Absolutely. Breastfeeding support is one of our most important services. Our lactation-trained nurses are with you from day one — providing guidance, hands-on support, and genuine encouragement. We never apply pressure or judgment, whether you choose to breastfeed, pump, or formula feed.

Yes. We provide refrigerated individual storage for expressed breast milk. Please ask our nursing team on arrival and they will set you up with a dedicated storage space.

That is completely your choice, and we respect it fully. Our team will support your feeding decision without judgment. Formula feeding mothers receive the same attentive care and assistance as breastfeeding mothers.

Meals & Food

Nutrition

Five meals daily (breakfast, mid-morning drink, lunch, afternoon nourishment, and dinner) plus an evening herbal soup and unlimited herbal drinks throughout the day. Meals are designed to support your specific stage of recovery — from detoxification in week one to full nourishment by week four. Learn more about our nutrition programme →

Yes. Every meal is freshly prepared on-site each day by our kitchen team. We do not reheat or serve pre-packaged meals. Every dish is cooked fresh, with ingredients sourced daily.

Yes, we do our best. We can accommodate vegetarian diets, no-pork requirements, and common allergies. Please inform us of any dietary needs when you make your enquiry so we can plan your meals accordingly.

Securing Your Place

Booking & Pricing

We offer three suite types — Cuddle, Embrace, and Eden — each for a 28-night stay. Please WhatsApp us or send an enquiry for a detailed quote tailored to your needs.

We recommend enquiring as early as possible — ideally during your second trimester. Our rooms are limited by design and popular months fill up quickly. Early enquirers also have first pick of available room types for their preferred dates.

The simplest way is to WhatsApp us with your expected due date. We'll confirm availability, walk you through the package options, and guide you through our agreement and deposit process. You can also fill in our enquiry form.

Yes, extended stays are available subject to room availability. We recommend flagging this when you book so we can plan ahead. Daily rates apply for any extension beyond 28 nights.

Please contact us directly to discuss our cancellation and rescheduling terms. We understand that pregnancy and birth can be unpredictable, and we handle each situation with understanding and flexibility where possible.

Culture & Language

Language & Culture

Yes. Our team includes Mandarin and Cantonese-speaking staff. Our website, enquiry form, and key materials are also available in Simplified Chinese.

Very much so. Our entire nutrition programme is rooted in traditional Chinese confinement principles — including the four-stage recovery menu (排毒代谢, 调理修复, 滋补养气, 巩固强体), herbal soups, warming foods, and the traditional ginger hairwash ritual. We harmonise these time-honoured traditions with modern nursing expertise and medical best practice.

Absolutely. NewBond welcomes families of all backgrounds. Our nursing care and services are available to all mothers. Dietary accommodations can be arranged for non-Chinese confinement food preferences. Please discuss your needs with us when you enquire.
