When is the confinement centre expected to be ready for operation?
- Answer: We are excited to announce that our confinement centre is scheduled to open in April 2024. We are working diligently to ensure that all facilities and services will be fully operational to provide the best care and experience for our guests from day one.
Where is the centre located?
- Answer: Our confinement centre is conveniently situated just a stone’s throw away from Plaza Batai in Damansara Heights, offering easy access for families in and around the area. Please note that our site is currently under final preparation and is not open for visitation yet. We are working hard to ensure everything is perfect for our opening in April 2024..

What type of accommodation is available?
- Answer: We offer various room types of different sizes, all with private bathrooms, equipped with essential amenities for comfort and convenience.
Can family members stay overnight?
- Answer: To ensure the utmost privacy and security for our mothers, overnight stays are limited to husbands & your infants only. We have designed our policies to create a serene and secure environment, focusing on the health and well-being of the mother and newborn. Please note that visitation for other family members and friends is restricted to protect the privacy and rest of all our guests.
Medical Care
Is there a resident doctor or nurse?
- Answer: Our team of experienced doctors conducts frequent visits to ensure the highest standard of medical care for both mother and baby. Our nursing staff is available around the clock to provide immediate assistance and support in between these visits. This ensures prompt medical attention whenever needed. Additionally, our skilled nursing staff is always present at the centre to provide continuous care and support to both mothers and newborns.
What kind of medical support can I expect?
- Answer: At our confinement centre, you can expect comprehensive medical support tailored to the needs of postnatal mothers and their newborns. This includes routine health checks for both mother and baby, with a specific focus on regular jaundice checks for newborns. Our experienced medical team, along with our skilled nursing staff, is dedicated to ensuring the health and well-being of you and your baby throughout your stay.
